Introduction
1. Automatic cutting machine, with simple design and Micro cutting program. Apply for PCB with V groove.
2. The PCB move follow the guide piece. The bottom circle cutter was turning automatic, upper knife was hand control. Excellent quality, minimum the pressure, suiting for cutting the long strip board.
3. The cutting tool was made from high speed precision grinding. Can be repeat using.
Working principle
Adjust the v groove of v-cut pcb in the right position of guide slot. Flat move the circle cutter, PCB was separated.
1. No limited length for PCB
2. Cutting speed can be adjusted, and control by hand.
3. Small pressure, help avoid the solder paste scraping.
4. Cutter opening according to the thickness of the base board and depth of v groove to adjust.
5. Flywheel knife, walking type cutting. No dust phenomenon, motor drive. Less carbon powder pollution
6. Not friction type cutting, no metal residues
7. Cutting tool imports from Taiwan, a professional cutting tool factory. High speed steel material from Japan
8. The body conjoined for aluminum alloy casting. It is light, save space, simple operation and quick speed.
